What if you were never required to have it all figured out?

A lot of us carry the quiet assumption that faith demands certainty first. That you have to understand it, explain it, stay consistent about it, and have your doubts resolved before you're really welcome.

This week's message said the opposite. You're not asked to be right. You're not asked to be certain, consistent, calm, or knowledgeable. You're allowed to not get it and still belong.

That's a relief for a lot of people, and honestly a surprise for most.

Be honest, what's the one part of faith you've never been able to make sense of? No wrong answers here.

Volunteer Opportunity: St. Luke Preschool Treasurer

St. Luke Preschool in New Bridgeville (Felton, PA) is seeking a volunteer Treasurer to join our Preschool Board and help support the financial operations of our preschool ministry.

Our mission is to provide young children with a caring, Christ-centered environment where they can learn, grow, and prepare for kindergarten. Keeping our preschool affordable for families is an important part of that mission. Having someone willing to volunteer their financial and organizational skills helps us responsibly manage our resources while keeping more of those resources focused on our students, teachers, and educational program.

The Treasurer assists with tuition and deposits, payroll coordination, bill payments, monthly financial reporting, budgeting, annual audits, workers' compensation, and other routine financial responsibilities. The Treasurer works closely with our preschool staff, Preschool Board, St. Luke Church, and payroll provider.

This is an unpaid volunteer Board Officer position. The Treasurer must be an active member of a Christian church.

If you have experience with bookkeeping, accounting, budgeting, payroll, or financial administration and would like to use those skills to make a meaningful difference for children and families in our community, we'd love to hear from you.

Quick question — when someone says "prophet," you think fortune teller, right? Predicting the future?

That's not what the word means at all. It means one who looks at reality. The person who sees the whole picture — every angle, every problem, every viewpoint — and then says the thing nobody else wants to say out loud.

Every family has that person. Every workplace does. Every church does. And honestly? Most of us avoid them, because they're usually right and it's usually uncomfortable. 😅

Be honest with us in the comments — are you the person who says it, or the person who avoids them? 💬

AIDS. Addiction. Cancer. Loss. Despair.

Five people, five rock bottoms — a man who was sick and alone, a woman whose life was falling apart, a widow watching everything crumble. Every one of those stories should have ended in the worst possible place.

They didn't. And the same four words show up at the end of every single one of them.

If you're somewhere in the middle of your own version right now, don't stop the story early. 💙

Be honest with us — which one of those five have you lived through? Share it in the comments; somebody reading may need to know they're not the only one. 👇

We all know that feeling: your mind finally goes quiet, the distractions fade, and for a moment you’re just present — in the woods, on the beach, or sitting alone at home.

What if that silence is more than just “getting away”? What if it’s actually a doorway into prayer — standing in the silent presence of God, even when you don’t have the words?

Be honest: where do you feel that kind of deep, quiet silence most often, and what does it do for you?

Most of us aren’t just afraid of failing—we’re afraid of failing again.
That fear quietly shapes our choices, our relationships, and even how we see God.

In this short clip, we revisit Bob Ross’s line, “There are no mistakes, only happy accidents,” and look at what it might mean for your life, your story, and your faith journey today.
If God can work through the “smudges” on a canvas, maybe He can work through the ones in your life too.

Be honest in the comments: what holds you back more right now—your past mistakes, or your fear of repeating them?

Have you ever stopped to think that the most terrifying thing might not be death, but realizing at the end of your life that you never really knew who you were?
So many of us spend decades living as a “false self,” trying to meet expectations, fit in, or be who others think we should be.
But your true self—your gifts, your calling, your purpose—is already in you, waiting to be seen and lived out.
Be honest in the comments: are you living as the person you were truly created to be, or as the person you think everyone else wants you to be?
