Last Sunday, our Restoration Church family celebrated the birthdays of our beloved Overseer Wanda Lake and Assistant Pastor Henry Johnson Jr. with food, laughter, fellowship, and plenty of love!

What a joy to celebrate the people who pour so much into us. We thank God for your lives, your leadership, and the love you show our church family. We pray this new year brings renewed strength, good health, answered prayers, and moments that fill your hearts with joy.

Today, our church family has the beautiful opportunity to honor a woman whose life reflects the love, grace, and faithfulness of God. ❤️🌷 Pastor Wanda, today is all about YOU, and we want to take a moment to let you know how much you mean to us!

A pastor’s impact reaches far beyond the pulpit. It lives in the prayers whispered for others, the encouragement offered during difficult seasons, the wisdom shared when direction is needed, and the countless moments spent helping others grow in their walk with Christ. Pastor Wanda, your role in the lives of God’s people is something worth celebrating, and we are grateful for the privilege of having you as part of our church family.

Today, we celebrate a great man of God, a wonderful leader, and a true blessing to the Kingdom! 🙌🏽💙 We thank God for your life, your leadership, your wisdom, and your willingness to serve God’s people with love and dedication.

Your commitment to the work of the Lord and the lives you touch through your leadership do not go unnoticed. May God continue to strengthen you, give you wisdom, enlarge your territory, and anoint you for every assignment He has placed on your life. May this new year bring you greater blessings, divine favor, renewed strength, and continued growth in your ministry!

Strong ministry is built through strong relationships!

Serve Day gave us an opportunity to step away from our usual responsibilities, have fun, communicate, and discover more about one another. Every challenge revealed something valuable about how we think, lead, listen, and contribute.

Serve Day was a great experience! We learned the power of “knowing them which labor among you.” Through a simple building activity, we discovered more about the gifts, strengths, communication styles, and creativity of those we serve alongside.

The objective was not simply to build something great, but to build stronger relationships and learn something new about one another. When we know the people we labor with, we can serve together with greater understanding, unity, and effectiveness.

We are not just serving in the same church. We are building together!

💜 LET’S BE A BLESSING TO OUR COMMUNITY! 💜

Restoration Church Outreach Department is excited to come together to prepare HOME SUPPLY BOXES for families in our community! 🏠💛

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., we’ll be preparing boxes filled with essential household items to help bless families who may be in need.

🧻 Items Needed:
• Paper towels
• Toilet paper
• Dish liquid
• Small bottles of bleach
• Trash bags

🙏🏽 We Need Your Help! We are accepting monetary gifts and donations to help make this outreach possible.

📅 Donations are needed by September 27, 2026.

If you would like to donate or help support this wonderful effort, please see Minister Johnette or Minister Toni.
