WOMENS RETREAT!

This last weekend we had the opportunity to have 40+ women gather together in worship, prayer, and in community.

We are blessed to get these retreats to have dedicated time to grow together!

We can’t wait to gather tomorrow 🤍

This week, we’re shifting our focus from 1 Corinthians to talk about grief, loss, and the hope we have in Jesus.

Some in our church family are walking through heartbreaking loss, but grief is something that touches us all. Whether you’re hurting or learning how to walk alongside someone who is, there’s something for everyone.

Come be reminded that we have a God who draws near, a hope that holds us, and a church family where no one walks alone.

The altars will be open. A seat will be saved.

Grace Church family, we are grieving together.

Trey Lara was deeply loved by so many in our church, and his loss is felt in countless friendships, shared memories, and the everyday moments where his presence meant so much.

Trey passed away unexpectedly on Sunday while running the Portland Marathon. It is difficult to find words for a loss like this. As we mourn, we hold close the joy, laughter, and faith he shared with us, and we make room for one another in our grief.

Our love and prayers are with Audrey, Omar, Misty, Jaylah, and Sylvia. A GoFundMe has been created to help with funeral expenses, hospital bills, and the financial needs ahead. If you’re able, please consider giving or sharing, and continue praying that the God of all comfort would hold them close in the days ahead.

Students, please feel free to reach out to Pastor Dylan if you need to talk or pray. Let’s share memories and be the family of God together.

The church will be open today until 3pm if you need to come receive prayer and care from the Grace staff or simply sit with the Lord.

We love you, family. Nobody stands alone.

We will share information about memorial services as arrangements are made.
