MENTORSHIP 101: Preachers, your gift(s) can make room for you in POSITIONS and on platforms, but PROMOTIONS are only given at destiny places! Your "real ministry" of destiny starts after the biblical 18-20 year process of time and maturity! Jesus gift made room and platform for him in the temple at 12 yrs old, but His "real destiny" ministry (the reason He was sent to the earth) didn't start until 30 yrs old after a full 18 yrs of maturity and growth! God didn't release His own Son into His real ministry until He was ready! Who has bewitched us to think that we "followers" of Jesus can skip classes of the ministry process of time? It breaks my heart (after platforms of preaching crusades of 100,000+ people, TV ministry reaching 4+ Billion people weekly, 800+ churches in my fellowship, and 19 countries traveled in ministry at only reaching 25 years of ministry of which I feel my "real destiny" ministry is "just starting" after I've suffered awhile according to 1 Peter 5:10) that young ministers don't understand positions and platforms that their gift can produce, which is not their "real destiny" ministry place intended for them by God "after" God's process of time! Most won't make it to see their real ministry manifest because the lights, cameras, action, and ambition of platforms will consume them before their real appointed time, never to be heard of again. Note: The very seasoned leaders that went through the process of time are now "pushing" younger preachers through "ministry microwaves" for their own personal gain at the expense of loss destiny arrivals of the younger preachers!
It's Wrong for Senior Leaders to commit such a spiritual crime! Young preachers you are also "co-conspirators" in this crime because of your pride, lack of humility, and personal ambitions! You are hurting yourselves and are committing ministry su***de because you are in agreement with these instructions of "microwave ministry" with your Yes Sir! New International Version
