Day 5 — Prayer for Children and Adults with Autism

Jesus,
We pray for every adult and child with autism today. Cover them with protection, joy, and confidence. Help them grow in their gifts, talents, and abilities. Let them be surrounded by people who celebrate who they are instead of trying to change their worth. Fill their hearts with happiness and their futures with opportunity. May they always know they are wonderfully made by You. Amen.

Day 4 praying for Autism— Prayer for Strength

Mighty God,
When the days feel hard and exhausting, be the strength of every individual and every family affected by autism. Lift heavy hearts and renew weary minds. Give endurance for appointments, therapies, challenges, and daily responsibilities. Let hope rise again where discouragement has tried to settle in. Your grace is enough for every season, and Your power is made perfect in weakness. Amen.

Day 3 — Prayer for Communication and Understanding

Father,
You know every thought, every feeling, and every unspoken word. We pray for those who struggle to communicate. Open doors for expression, connection, and understanding. Help teachers, friends, churches, and communities to listen with compassion and respond with kindness. Remove misunderstanding and replace it with patience and acceptance. Let every person with autism know they are seen, heard, and deeply loved. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Prayer for Families

Lord God,
We lift up every family walking the journey of autism. Give parents strength when they are tired, courage when they feel uncertain, and joy in every victory both big and small. Let homes be filled with grace instead of pressure, unity instead of fear, and love that never gives up. Provide support, resources, and faithful people who will stand beside them. Let Your peace rest over every household today. Amen.

In those times of us feeling pressed, to where it causes an overwhelming feeling of emotion to where we swell up and cry, it’s actually an indication of God growing us, giving us an increase, for what He is about to do. It’s a form of stretching, similar to elasticity like on rubber bands, when it is stretched past it’s norm, it does not go back to it’s original form or shape, but is now capable of being stretched further than usual. The oil or that swelling up from inside causing the swelling up and crying, anoints or lubricates everything that it does, relubricating making it capable to be stretched even further without breaking. All praise be to God! —- God spoke this through my brother in Christ Daniel Liliu this morning during our conversation.

Heavenly Father,
We thank You for every child, every teen, and every adult living with autism. You created them with purpose, value, and beauty. Lord, bring peace where there is anxiety, comfort where there is frustration, and calm in moments of overwhelm. Let Your presence surround them daily with safety, love, and understanding. Strengthen every family and caregiver with patience, wisdom, and hope. Remind them that they are never alone and never forgotten. In Jesus’ name, Amen
