✅ Focus on healthier habits by improving your diet and increasing your physical activity.

✅ Prioritize rest and recovery by aiming for at least 7 hours of quality sleep each night.

✅ Spend meaningful time with family and friends. Strong social connections play a vital role in supporting your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
