Help us send our youth to Carowinds for a fun-filled day of fellowship, excitement, and unforgettable memories! Your support will help cover transportation, admission, and other trip expenses for our youth group.

🍗 Dinner Plate Includes:
• Grilled Chicken (Plain or BBQ)
• Choice of White Meat or Dark Meat
• Baked Beans
• Pasta Salad
• Cake
• Drink (Soda or Water)

Correction is Love.............................How can you sit in close proximity to someone as a friend, a group, a ministry, or someone you claim to love and care about, yet know they are living contrary to Godly values and principles?

How can you watch someone you love walk toward destruction and remain silent?

If you saw me heading toward the edge of a cliff, would you stand there and say nothing? Would you watch me fall without warning me of the danger ahead?

That's not love. Love doesn't remain silent when truth is needed.

Love doesn't ignore sin, compromise, or destructive behavior and call it acceptance.

Love cares enough to speak.
Love cares enough to confront.
Love cares enough to correct, with humility, grace, and truth.

Correction given in love is not condemnation; it is compassion. Scripture teaches us to "speak the truth in love" and to restore one another gently when we see a brother or sister overtaken by sin.

So where is the Holy Spirit in our relationships if we can watch someone drift away from God's standards and never feel compelled to lovingly warn them?

Silence in the face of spiritual danger is not love.

It's not helping. It's not protecting. And it certainly is not the heart of God.

Real love tells the truth, even when it's uncomfortable, because it is more concerned with a person's soul than with preserving temporary comfort.

Friends, Leaders, Pastors don't stop correcting. It's Love in Action.
