It says in Jeremiah 31:25, "I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint."

The sad truth is our every day is often so overloaded with things we have to do and take care of that it's hard not to act out of our scarcity and exhaustion.

Like toddlers, our hurts, habits, and hang-ups often escalate when we have an unmet need like rest. The Bible reminds us that we can choose a different path; God can give us the rest we need to heal. Learn more about the refreshing power of Jesus tonight!

Matthew 5:23–24 says, “Therefore if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First, go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift.”

This tells us that if we want to be right with God, we have to extend our amends and forgiveness to our neighbors and ourselves. Come tonight to learn more.

Principle 6 challenges us to seek amends for the harm we have done on the road to our recovery. It states, "Evaluate all my relationships. Offer forgiveness to those who have hurt me and make amends for harm I’ve done to others, except when to do so would harm them or others." Learn how to do this tonight!

Philippians 1:6 points to the future we can look forward to if we stay on the path of healing .“And I am sure that God who began a good work within you will keep right on helping you grow in his grace until his task within you is finally finished on that day when Jesus Christ returns”
See what that victory means for you tonight!

In 1 Corinthians 9:24, Paul says, “Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it.” What are we running to obtain? The healing that only God can give! Come tonight to learn more.

James 5:16 says, “Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.” As hard as it is to admit we have problems, we have to learn to do it. Find out more about this skill tonight.

It says in Mark 6:34, "When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So he began teaching them many things."

If you can relate to the crowd in that you feel lost and afraid of your current path, come tonight to learn from the great shepherd who can lead to green pastures or, as we like to call it, recovery.
