What a wonderful Memorial Day at Lake Waccamaw! 🇺🇸

From rock climbing, skating, volleyball, basketball, gator golf, and boat rides to great food and even better fellowship, it was a full day of fun spent together as a church family. We also paused to remember the true meaning of the day with a Memorial Day service featuring Pastor’s devotional, the singers from West Coast Baptist College, and a beautiful violin rendition of “Taps.”

We’re thankful for the freedoms we enjoy and the sacrifices made to protect them!

And just like that… the last day of school is here! 🎓✨

We’re looking forward to Awards Chapel this morning at 9 AM and celebrating our graduate tonight at 7 PM. It’s been a full year of learning, growth, memories, and God’s faithfulness every step of the way.

Now it’s time to enjoy a well-earned summer! ☀️

It’s been a BUSY week around the Church and Academy! 📚

Final exams at the Academy, Awards Chapel and High School Graduation on Friday, preparations for Remembrance Sunday, and Memorial Day at The Anchorage… there’s a lot happening around here in the next few days!

We’re especially looking forward to tonight’s midweek service — a chance for encouragement, fellowship, and rest in the middle of a full week.
