The Eastern North Carolina Episcopal District invites you to join us for the final installment of the LTI Conversations Series: Leadership Unfiltered as we continue preparing for Leadership Training Institute 2026. Over the course of this series, we have witnessed meaningful dialogue, honest reflection, and impactful conversations that have encouraged and challenged leaders across our district. From clergy and laity to worship leaders and ministry workers, these weekly conversations have created space for growth, accountability, and authentic engagement around issues affecting today’s church.

We are grateful for every speaker, moderator, participant, and viewer who helped make this series a success. The response throughout the district has demonstrated the importance of creating opportunities for real conversations that strengthen ministry and leadership within the church. Join us for our final conversation on Tuesday, June 16th at 7:00 PM EST for a discussion entitled, “Put Some Respect On It.”

This final session will address honor, excellence, accountability, and alignment within worship and music ministry and will feature Jay Taylor, Greg McPherson, Jon Rankins, and Ian Siler, moderated by Rev. Paul Atlas. As we conclude this powerful series, we encourage pastors, worship leaders, musicians, media teams, and ministry workers throughout the district to join us live for what promises to be an engaging and meaningful conversation.

The LTI Conversations Series: Leadership Unfiltered continues to create space for honest, meaningful, and necessary dialogue throughout the Eastern North Carolina Episcopal District as we prepare for Leadership Training Institute 2026.

Each conversation in this series has challenged us to think deeper about leadership, ministry, accountability, and service within the life of the church. We are grateful for the continued engagement from clergy, laity, and leaders across the district who have made these conversations impactful and relevant.

We now invite you to join us for our next conversation on Tuesday, June 9th at 7:00 PM EST for an important and timely discussion entitled, “Church Hurt vs. Church Discipline.”

This session will feature Rev. Rona Watson, Rev. Dr. Hanna Broome, Rev. Dr. Clifford Barnett, and Rev. Dr. Julian Pridgen, with the conversation moderated by Rev. Dr. Nathaniel Cox.

This discussion will address the important distinction between personal offense and biblical correction while exploring how churches can lead with accountability, compassion, healing, and spiritual maturity. It promises to be a thoughtful and balanced conversation that speaks directly to challenges facing today’s church.

The Eastern North Carolina Episcopal District is pleased to announce two dynamic and anointed guest psalmists who will be joining us for the 2026 Leadership Training Institute, June 25–27, 2026, at Simon Temple A.M.E. Zion Church in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

We are honored to welcome Michael Georges Jr. for Thursday Evening worship and KB Stone & Redemption for Friday Evening worship as part of what promises to be a spiritually enriching and impactful Leadership Training Institute experience.

Through music, worship, and ministry, these gifted psalmists will help create an atmosphere of praise and renewal as clergy, laity, ministry leaders, and members from across the district gather together for leadership development, fellowship, and empowerment.

Under the leadership of Bishop W. Darin Moore and Mrs. Devieta C. Moore, LTI 2026 is shaping up to be a transformational gathering for the Eastern North Carolina Episcopal District and beyond.
