Scripture: Numbers 33
Faith in receiving and being thankful for the promises of God.

1. Remembering God’s goodness in the past prepares us for the challenges of the future.
2. Faith in God’s promises is the key to experiencing God given victory.
3. The most important step of faith you will ever take is the next one.

Key Verse: For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God. 2 Corinthians 1:20 (NIV)

The sovereignty of God.

1. God can use anyone and anything to accomplish His purpose for His people.
2. If God is for you, no one can stand against you.
3. Our faith in Jesus enables us to see the sovereignty of God.

Key Verse: And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 (NIV)

Scripture: Numbers 20:1-13
Getting it right! The importance of listening for and following God’s instructions. Receiving living water that quenches thirst eternally.

1. Those who do not learn from the mistakes of past are destined to repeat them.
2. Always remember the source of your provision.
3. Anger can be a filter that keeps us from hearing what God is saying.

Scripture: Numbers 19
Principals of holiness.

1. Holiness cannot be attained outside of the provision of God.
2. God’s provision of holiness separates us from sin and unites with Him.
3. We grow in holiness when we mature in our relationship with Jesus.

Key Verse: And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. Hebrews 10:10 (NIV)

Seeing Gods perspective in difficult times. The consequence of unbelief.

1. Believing by faith enables us to see the promises of God.
2. When you take your eyes off God and focus more on the problem, your faith will suffer.
3. Unbelief will cost you your eternal inheritance.
