“When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul.” Psalm 94:19”

Anxiety is a condition that many people face every day. This is just the world we live in. Since the fall of man, disease, death, and sickness run rampant. And it's not because God doesn't love us. He sent His Son to die for us. No, we did this to ourselves. And when we accept Jesus' payment for our sins, we have a hope that supersedes our earthy sorrows. We can look forward and appreciate Heaven and Christ's work on our behalf. He consoles us with the promise of an eternal bliss that comes after many trials.

Now don't misunderstand me, it is not sinful to be anxious. Jesus was anxious about His purpose to die on the cross.

Mark 14 :33–34 “And he took with him Peter and James and John, and began to be greatly distressed and troubled. 34 And he said to them, “My soul is very sorrowful, even to death.”

He makes a way for us, and comforts us in our distress. He knows what we go through, though He never sinned.

Galatians 6:9 says "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

Take great joy in knowing this life is but a v***r, and that if we don't give up, we will have everlasting peace with The One who loves us so. He never gave up on us.

Much Love,

Brittany
