Even though we may not see the rewards of our actions and care in God's name in this lifetime, we can be assured that God is a rewarder of those who come to Him, trusting by faith, being obedient to His command to spread the good news of the gospel, wherever we find ourselves. Every kindness performed in the name of the Lord will have its reward.

The Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away. Job 1:21

The older we get, the more we realize how little control we have. Still have trouble with the right hand knowing what the left is doing. Even the measure of faith we're allowed is a gift from The Holy Spirit. In the garden Jesus prayed "not my will Father, but Yours." We are just stewards of His magnificence. We reap what others have labored.

Lord knows why He see it fit to use us. Let us keep the faith firmly. Let us hold our hands opened to the heavens. We don't take it with us. It doesn't really belong to us. All things to His glory.

We need to do a careful self evaluation, but we also need mutual accountability. Every brother and sister should be looking out for us all. When we see something out of line with the Christian walk, we should be bold enough to confront.

Help us Lord to walk worthy of your calling, but also be willing to call out and be called out by one another. Amen.

By now, the days of trusting in our own way should be over. But being sinful creatures, over and over again, we trust in our way, instead of in God's way.

Help us Lord, rain Your righteousness upon us, and help us to walk in Your ways and not in our own. We need You. Lord, we can't do it without Your Holy Spirit. Help us, Lord. Amen.

1. The Word was, and is, and always will be.
2. God is still in control.
3. We are never alone. God is with us.
4. Nothing can separate us from the love of God.
5. God promises to give wisdom to those who ask.
6. The squeaky wheel still gets the oil, knock, and keep on knocking.
7. Those who truly know God, know and study His Word.
8. God the Father is the source of all love, and Jesus represents and guides us to Him.
9. Love is always paired with faith. Cling to faith. There may come a time when that is all that we have.
10. There is no peace, hope or tranquility in the world. There IS peace, hope and tranquility in Jesus.

Every day we have a chance to make a new beginning. May this new year bring joy, peace, and hope. There is no doubt in Jesus words. HE HAS OVERCOME THE WORLD!
It's all part of God's plan!

When we seek after the world, it's pleasures and treasures, we play a dangerous game with our eternity. Having the world's goods may be of some benefit for a short time. Our soul saved for eternity, now that's real treasure!

We are seeing wars and rumors of wars. Social conditions on the Earth are deteriorating rapidly. Violent people have no empathy and no restraint. Sexual sins are flaunted.
The return of the LORD is imminent! At any moment he could appear and call His church home. Check your hearts, brothers and sisters. Are you ready? Are your friends and family ready? Are you doing what you can to help others be ready to enter the kingdom?
We only have one job, we only have one chance.
LORD!, Help us to do our best for you! He who wins souls is wise! Amen

We deserve God's wrath, but in His infinite mercy, we only receive chastisement. His love for us is inexhaustible. He lovingly turns us back to the way, giving us his Holy Spirit to teach and guide us into all truth. What saddens us now will be a blessing later. Praise Him for his goodness! He is for us and wants what's best for us always. Shout for joy in His eternal salvation. Amen.

The man who recognizes God for who He is, and submits to His authority and control, has the beginnings of wisdom. Further wisdom can be found in the pages of scripture.
He who wins souls to the Lord is wise.
Help us Lord to honor you, to walk, as Jesus walked, and to share truth, with whoever will listen that we might be contributing to the salvation of souls. Help us to identify and steer clear from the fools in the world. Amen.
