It will be held at the SBS Camp Center, Puthencavu, Chenganoor, Kerala starting from Wednesday, October 18th 2017 to October 20th, 2017.
The theme verse for the conference will be 2 Timothy 4:5 |Be thou sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill thy ministry."

TEXAS FLOOD RELIEF

August 31, 2017

Dear brethren,

The purpose of this letter is to bring an urgent need before you for your prayer and help. We have decided to initiate this letter because concerned brethren have contacted us asking us how to help those who are in utter need because of the horrible calamities caused by the Hurricane Harvey in Texas and Louisiana.

Like us, you are watching the catastrophic damages caused by Hurricane Harvey in Texas during the last several days. The unprecedented flood and the strong winds have damaged houses and churches in Houston and surrounding cities. Several of our brethren are affected by this flood one way or the other.

Right now, the federal, state and local governments are doing everything in their power help the affected people. It is learned that flood waters can linger on for weeks and many of the houses will be unfit to live and will be condemned. So, the recovery and restoration can take months and perhaps years in some places.

Most of the affected will receive temporary help from the Government and non-profit organizations but may not for the full restoration or reconstruction of their houses especially if the houses and churches are not insured.

At this point, IBMMM is not planning for any emergency relief work as the government agencies are doing that. But we would love to help our brethren who are affected by Harvey with long range help whatever the possible ways we can. One of them will be helping those who are in financial need.
At this point, the assessment of the need among our brethren is incomplete as the details are still coming. Besides, those who are in the shelter will know the extent of the damages to their houses and churches only when they return.

IBMMM is non-profit tax-exempt organization. One of our main objectives of incorporating this organization was to provide opportunities for the brethren who are interested in the relief work in any parts of the world. So, it is a great opportunity for our brethren who wants to help those who are in need through a reliable Christian organization which maintains integrity and accountability for the funds provided for any particular need. All gifts are tax-deductible.

If you are led by the Spirit to help our suffering brethren in Texas, please send us a gift earmarked for Harvey. We assure you that the funds provided will only be used to help the affected brethren. If you have any questions, please contact us. We will be providing additional information regarding the extent of damages to our brethren when it is available to us.
