Hello and thank you for liking our page, Care For Our Common Home for Kids Summer School. We are Mary and Fiona. Mary is the Director of Faith Formation at Our Lady Queen of Martys in Beverly Hills, MI. Fiona is Mary’s beautiful granddaughter and is 9 years old. We both want to help spread the word that it is crucial that we take seriously Pope Francis’ exhortation to care for the earth. We will provide lessons on his letter, Laudato Si (Praise Be To You), explore Saints and Holy people who inspire us, sing songs, look at professions and hobbies that involve nature, share ways we can all join in to do our part and a whole lot more. Let’s aim for stars!

We hope that people all across the globe join in and share their excitement for caring for the environment. Children get excited about nature and appreciate the beauty of our environment. With a little education and a lot of passion we know they can impact the world in a powerful and positive way. The Time is Now!
