It’s such a gift to watch all generations participate in church life together. This past week was a family worship Sunday. Our kids volunteers got to rest and we enjoyed this sweet moment as one of our children led us through Scripture reading and prayer.

In our new sermon series Delighting in God’s Design, we will be going through the 10 commandments and what they reveal about God and how we’re meant to obey them.

They sit on monuments in front of courthouses, and they’re well-known even outside Jewish or Christian circles. But what are the Ten Commandments, and how were they understood by that first generation of Israelites to experience freedom from slavery?
