August 2016 Father Ross met with Nicole and Kalene to explore the possibility of starting a Catechesis of the Good Shepherd in Fargo. We were thrilled to receive his support and got to work right away putting together a pilot Level 1 Atrium for 3-6 year olds! The program began in late October 2017 with 3 full sessions and the dedication of Nancy as an assistant. It was an excellent year with many
learning experiences for all of us. It is now fall again, and we are busy rearranging and refining the room for another 3 sessions to start mid September 2017. These 3 sessions are full right now, but encourage those interested to still register in case we can open another session time. We have a beautiful room put together, but our limiting factor is having trained catechists and assistants to run the sessions. Other roles of involvement can be helping with on-site childcare for the catechists and helping make items for the room (woodworking, painting, calligraphy, etc)
