ΚΑΛΗ ΣΑΡΑΚΟΣΤΗ! Wishing everyone a blessed Lent!

As we prepare spiritually for this journey through Lent, in the back of our minds we place all the preparations necessary to fulfill the celebration of Easter Sunday for our families, friends and our dinner tables. Let's not get bogged down with worry over how and when we will make all of our favorite sweets and savories. Let our Saint Katherine Ladies Philoptochos take away that worry by ordering and purchasing all your baked needs during the two Bake Sales: Sunday, April 6th and Saturday, April 12th directly after church service in the Meletis Charuhas Hall. Also, don't forget about those beautiful Easter Lambades for our children and godchildren. Once again, we will have exceptional handcrafted lambades for sale during both Bake Sale dates AND on Saturday, April 5th after Greek School in the school entry hall on the lower level by the church offices.

Our Annual Fellowship Luncheon is fast approaching. This event will take place on Saturday, May 17th from 12pm - 3pm at wonderful Nostos Restaurant in Vienna, VA.

Please make sure to make your reservations early as seating is limited and typically is sold out many weeks in advance.

This is a celebration of our beloved priest, spiritual father, friend, mentor and all-around wonderful man who has guided our community, the churches missions including the Saint Katherine Ladies Philoptochos Society of Falls Church, VA, Youth Ministry of Saint Katherine's, St. Katherine's Young Adult League (YAL) of Falls Church, VA, OCF and the countless stewards over the multiple decades of tireless service to our community and beyond. It will be an evening of joy and fellowship!
