Mid-Atlantic Diocese Women's Council The International Women’s Council (IWC) is composed of all women who are members of any legally constituted local church in COOLJC.

The IWC is an auxiliary which includes every woman in COOLJC regardless of age or marital status. Missionaries, non-Missionaries, Ministers and Deacons Wives, and non-Ministers and non-Deacons Wives are apart of this auxiliary.

🌿 Turning Awareness into Action: Moving Beyond Conversations to Real Life 🌿

Join us for a powerful and uplifting Health Fair designed to encourage, educate, and empower the entire family! This will be a day filled with inspiration, wellness, and community as we focus on growing stronger spiritually, mentally, and physically.

✨ What to Expect:

Dynamic guest speakers• Mental health and wellness sessions• Fitness classes for both men and women (men should bring an exercise mat for the class)• Moon bounce obstacle course for youth & young adults• FREE FOOD for attendees!

We are especially honored to welcome several knowledgeable presenters, including 2026 DC Mayoral Candidate Dr. Rhonda Hamilton, Ph.D., who will teach on overcoming the stigma surrounding mental health.

Additional topics will include:💚 Caring for the Caregiver💚 Navigating Grief and Loss💚 “Social Media & Self-Esteem: The Real vs. The Reel” — a special youth session focused on identity and confidence in today’s digital culture

This promises to be more than an event—it’s an opportunity for healing, growth, awareness, and transformation. We encourage everyone to come out and support this important initiative.
