Saturday, May 14th The Great Outdoors Group is planning on hiking the plateau. It's a beautiful hike with a rest stop for a light lunch at the Adobe building. It's about a 4.5 mile round trip. We would love to have you join us. We will meet at the church (Calvary Chapel Fallbrook) at 8:00am. Please let Tabatha Z. know if you are going. The group will leave promptly at 8:10 to beat the heat. Please share with friends. Also, you will need to bring cash because it's $4.00 for adults and $3.00 for children to hike in the meadows. See you then!

ANNOUNCEMENT: Ukulele Group! Stephen Spencer hosts the Fallbrook Ukulele Group at the Fallbrook Senior Center, and while this is not an Our Things group, he would LOVE for anyone interested in Our Things to join! They meet on Fridays at 1pm until 3pm and provide music sheets. Bring your own ukulele and a desire for fun! Contact Stephen at 760-419-0151 or Sydney ([email protected]) if you have any questions! Hey everyone! We have some exciting events coming up for Our Things!

First, we have a new group called Card Making, and they are having a Valentine's Day Card making class being held Wednesday, February 12th in the CCF Fellowship Hall at 12:30pm. Bring your own scissors and glue stick!

Second, Crosshairs is having a Handgun Tryout day and will be meeting at the Rainbow Shooting Range on Sunday, February 21st at 1:00pm. The cost is $20 for non-members of the range. Nothing is required to come, but if you have handguns and ammo, feel free to bring them! This will be handguns ONLY; NO rifles please!

Lastly, we have another new group going to get started soon! The Acoustic Amigos will be a gathering of guys and gals playing the guitar together; no experience will be required! Be on the lookout!

We have a New group called the Great Outdoors Group lead by Tabatha Z., and we are meeting for a Family Hike on Friday November 27th! We are meeting at CCF at 9:00am to caravan/carpool to the Santa Rosa Plateau. Please join us for this free event and bring friends! Please bring water, snacks, and sunscreen.

We have another Cooking Group meeting this Saturday at 11:00! Join us for honey tasting with the Nicolaisens in the kitchen near the Palapa Room. There is a small donation of $3 per person for this event. Talk to Laurie Jensen for more information!
