What does your student need?
•Upsurge Waiver signed (digital copy on app parent chat, physical copies available at drop off)
•Fairview Youth Waiver signed (digital copy on website, physical copies available at drop off. Some teens may already have this on file.)
•$20- this covers their jump fee, socks, and miscellaneous.
•a side item or dessert for our Friendsgiving Feast!
•pillow, blanket, toothbrush, and deodorant!

- a friend or two! 🤩
- $20 for UpSurge (waiver will need to be filled out)
- a side dish for the Friendsgiving meal!
