10 years ago, Fr. Fernando answered God’s call to priesthood. This week, his previous parish celebrated that milestone with a special anniversary Mass — and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate him as well 🙏

He’s only been with us at OLG for a little while, but we have already welcomed him the way this parish always does — with open arms and open hearts, even in a season that’s been really hard for us.

And in that short time, we’ve already seen his heart for this community. From the way he celebrates Mass to the care he’s putting into OLG’s future, you can tell this isn’t just a vocation — it’s a mission he lives out with faith and love, every single day.

We’re still missing Father Peter. That grief doesn’t go away just because time keeps moving. But we trust that God, in His plan, brought Fr. Fernando to walk with us next — and we’re grateful to be part of his journey too.

Happy birthday, Eileen Romano! 🎂🙏

Eileen has been part of OLG basically her whole life, and whatever this parish needs, she’s there for it. Cooking countless meals for our priests, helping out around the rectory, lending a hand with the kids, always with a smile on her face. Father Peter always said her food couldn’t be beat, and Father Fernando’s already learning the same thing.

Eileen, your faith and your generosity are a true gift to this parish. May God continue to bless you with health, happiness, and many more wonderful years. Wishing you the happiest, most blessed birthday. 🙏🏻

A Warm Welcome to Fr. Fernando Gálvez 🙏🏼✨

Our Lady of Grace Parish is honored to welcome Fr. Fernando Gálvez, who has been appointed Administrator of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Fairview, NJ, effective July 1st, 2026. Father Gálvez celebrated his first Mass with our parish community last week, marking the beginning of a new chapter of faith and fellowship for OLG.

As Father Gálvez begins his ministry among us, we invite all our parishioners to join us in extending a warm and gracious welcome. Let us keep him in our prayers, and let us continue to grow together in faith, in the Sacraments, and in service to Our Lord and Our Lady of Grace.

May the Holy Spirit guide Fr. Fernando’s ministry, and may Our Lady of Grace intercede for him always. 🙏🏼✝️

Today, our parish family says goodbye to Father Manuel and Father Francis as they begin a new chapter in their priesthood.

As we close this chapter of Pallottine ministry at Our Lady of Grace, we give thanks for the faithful service of the Pallottine Fathers, inspired by the mission of St. Vincent Pallotti, who have served our parish with humility, compassion, and love.

After Father Peter’s passing, Father Manuel and Father Francis embraced our parish with open hearts and continued the mission he faithfully lived for more than 40 years. While no one could ever replace Father Peter, they honored his legacy in their own way through their kindness, guidance, and unwavering faith.

Thank you for walking with our parish family, our school, our YCT, and our community through so many meaningful moments. Your prayers, encouragement, and dedication have touched countless lives and will never be forgotten.

From all of us at Our Lady of Grace, thank you, Father Manuel and Father Francis. We are so grateful for your time with us and pray God continues to bless you as you begin this next chapter. You will always have a home at OLG. ❤️
