It was an amazing night at CCTeens last night! We had some great worship followed by a devotion on the goodness of God! We ended the night outside at the bonfire with s'mores and hot chocolate!

Tonight is the night!! We're gonna have s'more Jesus and more s'more fun! Make sure to be here tonight at 5:45pm to start the night off with dinner. Dinner will be breakfast food so Brinner!! Eggs, bacon, biscuits , fruit, salad, and cookies! C-ya there!!

Tomorrow night we are continuing our series on Church Words! Come join us as we talk about what it means to make sure that we use the days God has given in a way that leaves an impact for His Kingdom. We cannot wait to see you all there!

Tonight we are continuing with church words. Our word tonight is ritual. Rituals do not have to be spooky. Rituals are not automatically religious in the weird sense. Rituals are not magic. A ritual is simply a repeated practice done with purpose and honor that helps us remember what matters. We look at what we repeat in our life and how it shapes us. The we will talk about biblical rituals anointing, communion, and prayer. How we need to make sure that we are in what we are going and not just going through the motions. Checking things off can't be more important than connecting with God. You are actually praising him when worshiping and paying attention to the words you are praying. How we can make sure what you are practicing and repeating needs to point us towards God and growing in our relationship with God.
Dinner is hot dog, chips, salad, fruit, and cookies.

What a great night at CCTeens last night! We continued our series on Church words. Kevin Siddle brought us the message and talked about the word "Disciple". He talked about the importance of being a student of Christ and standing firm in our faith. He showed us some great examples of standing firm! 😁

Through this series we are going to explore several "church words" and the meaning and importance behind them! Look forward to seeing you all there!

We hope everyone had a good Labor Day weekend! Join us this Wednesday as we continue our Duped series. This week we will be talking about how easy it is to be caught up in dehumanizing others. What are the ways we can avoid that? Come and join us as we discuss the importance of treating others the way we would want to be treated.
