Tomorrow is June 1st ! Hard to believe we are already here !
Mowing will be in full mode soon , with it raining and heat. We'll be trying to stay ahead of everything. So here's to the start of the summer. Stay safe out there.

Hello Friends,
Here we are on a Tuesday after Memorial Day. The cemetery looked wonderful after all the flowers were placed Saturday and Sunday. Now comes the fun part of getting your flowers picked back up. Please be considerate & don't take anyone else's flowers. This is way we had to lock the gates earlier on Tuesday. So for everyone that came after 6:30 & had to walk from the Gate. Thanks for understanding,

We do have set hours at the Cemetery: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm or dusk which for us is, 7:00 pm during the summer . A person can always still walk in from the gate. It's just not always open to drive thru with a vehicle. So thanks for your kind understanding !

Friends of Fairview,
Next year try to remember. Don't bring out any flowers until Saturday morning. We have a hard time keeping it nice and trimmed for you all. And understand the cemetery does have set hours: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm & in the summer to Dusk ( which means around 7:00 pm for us .) Remember you can always still walk in from the Gate area. So thank you for your kind understanding.

Hello Friends,
Here we are on a bright Saturday morning. Waiting for everybody who's volunteered to put out flags at Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery, I just want to remind everyone how much we appreciate your time for helping us put out flags! We've got the Northrop & Fairmont Legion & the Sherburn Boy scouts & Midco group & I also believe some people from girls Hockey coming to help us today. Thank you everyone! We can't tell you how much we appreciate your help! So here's a start to the Memorial day weekend.

Hello Friends,

Just a quick thought. When you are doing maintenance around your loved ones' markers, please-please do not excavate around the concrete or granite that is under the bronze plaque. When you trench around the outside you could cause us a problem when we are mowing. So please do not excavate to far around the Markers.

Hello Friends ,

Mother's day went well. Hope you all had a great day. Memorial day is fast approaching , just a small request to ask. Please wait until the Saturday before Memorial day to place flowers on the Graves of your loved ones. This gives us the Friday before Memorial day to get our final mowing in before the Holiday.,

Hello Friends,
Here we are coming into April and as we have always heard . April showers bring May flowers. It's time to come pickup any artificial wreaths that are left at the cemetery. Hoping your month of March was good to you !?!
We do have a funeral coming up on April 1st. So keep that in mind if you are planning on visiting the cemetery on that day.

Well we're half way thru March , and Mother nature is threatening us with another major snow storm. She really doesn't want us to have a early spring
