A special thank you to our friends at The Vine Fellowship for taking the time to help pack gifts for our Outreach Team!

These gifts are a meaningful way for us to connect with the women we meet in clubs and on the streets. They are given freely, with no expectations and nothing required in return - a simple expression of love, kindness, and care. We are incredibly grateful for your partnership and support. It means more than words can express.

For many women, these gifts are the beginning of a meaningful relationship. They communicate that they are seen, valued, and loved. Most importantly, they reflect the heart of Jesus, who loves unconditionally and gives freely. Women at the Drop-In Home went on a community outing to the Cleveland Zoo this past week! Experiences like a trip to the zoo can often feel out of reach for our ladies. Because of the generosity and care of people like you, new experiences like this one begin to seem possible for the women. Seeing their smiles, curiosity, and excitement throughout the day was a powerful reminder of why experiences like this matter - providing moments of wonder, joy, and normalcy that many of the women have been denied for so long. When we educate ourselves on the dynamics of control, we are better equipped to see survivors through a lens of mercy, justice, and Christ-centered love.

We have an exciting announcement! RAHAB’s Human Trafficking 101 course is now eligible for 1.5 CEU credits for social workers!

Human Trafficking 101 is an essential teaching on the realities of human trafficking. This course illuminates the realities of s*x trafficking, how someone can become involved, and how trafficking takes place in our own community. By educating ourselves, we can better understand the complexities of human trafficking and respond with greater awareness, compassion, and effectiveness.

Recently, a very kind friend of RAHAB who holds season tickets for the Cleveland Guardians donated their tickets to a youth at RAHAB. She had been hoping for the chance to attend a Guardians game, and because of this generous gift, she was able to spend a beautiful day at the ballpark with her mentor creating memories she will never forget.

Recently, as one of the youth at RAHAB was leaving the Minor Programming Space, she told us how spoiled and loved she feels here and how much she loves it. Moments like this are why we do this work. For many years, RAHAB has hosted an annual fall Retreat - but this year, thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we were able to add a new Spring Retreat which took place last weekend!

It was a beautiful time of worship, prayer, deep connection, and time spent at the feet of Jesus.

These Retreats give women the opportunity to step away from the weight of everyday circumstances, find rest, and simply breathe for a couple days. In that space, hope is planted, relationships grow, and lives are transformed.

Thank you for helping make these life-changing Retreats accessible to more women.
