Please pray for the repose of the soul of parishioner John Edward Nelson. Please also keep in your prayers his wife, Mary Ann Evans Nelson, his son Jonathan Fabbretta Nelson (Christy), his daughter Regina Nelson Florey (JEF) and his brother Larry Nelson (Virgina) as well as his beloved grandchildren Mary Ann Florey, Cecilia Florey, Jonathan Nelson Jr., and Sophia Nelson.

A Memorial Mass will be offered for John on Friday, September 11th, at 11 AM. The Mass will be celebrated at St. Lawrence. A time of visitation with the family will be offered beforehand in the St. Lawrence Room at 10 AM.

Join us on Sunday, September 13 in the gym for a Pancake Breakfast benefiting the St. Michael’s baseball team.

We’ll have another Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, September 20 in the St. Lawrence Room, this time benefiting St. Vincent de Paul.

Both events will be held after the 7:30, 9:00, and 11:00 Masses.
We hope you’ll join us for some good food and fellowship while supporting these great causes!

This coming Sunday (September 6th) is the last weekend for Sunday Masses at Sacred Heart Chapel on the Bay. The 8 am and 10 am Sacred Heart Masses will NOT be offered following this weekend's Masses but the 7:30 am St. Lawrence Mass will resume every Sunday beginning Sunday, September 13th.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of parishioner Stephen James DeLoach. Please also keep in your prayers his two children, Jason DeLoach (Shelley), and Lisa DeLoach Trotter (McLean), his 5 beloved grandchildren (Matthew, Patten, May May, Rachel, and Stephen) and brother, John DeLoach (Linda).

A Memorial Mass will be offered for Captain Stephen DeLoach on Saturday, September 5th, at 11 am. The Mass will be celebrated at St. Lawrence. A time of visitation will be offered with his family in the St. Lawrence Room at 10 AM.

We’re so excited to kick off our fall Young Adult events with a night of pickleball, dinner, and fellowship!

Join us at Lott Park on Thursday, September 10 at 6:00 PM for pickleball, then we’ll head to Manci’s for dinner and fellowship around 7:30PM. Whether you’re a pickleball pro or have never played before, come join the fun! Ages 21–29 are welcome!

In one week our Raising Little Saints group resumes! We cannot wait to see you all again and enjoy stories of the saints and so many fun crafts together!

New to St. Lawrence? Come join us for an evening of food, fellowship, and getting to know our parish community at our Welcome Dinner on Monday, September 14, beginning at 6:00 PM in the St. Lawrence Room.

This dinner is open to parishioners who have joined St. Lawrence since July 2025 and will be a great opportunity to meet fellow new parishioners and learn more about everything our parish has to offer.
