Today we give thanks for Michelle Onofrio as she marks her last day at St. Pius X as a cantor. 🤍

Michelle first joined our parish as a high school student in 2015, finding a home in our youth ministry. For the past 11 years, she has shared her gifts generously - leading us in music and worship, volunteering, and witnessing to her love for Jesus.

Now, Michelle begins a new chapter as she opens Veritas Counseling, her own counseling practice in Columbia, CT. She is an extremely gifted woman, filled with the Holy Spirit, who will now be assisting the Lord in walking with others in the most vulnerable places of their heart.

Michelle, thank you for making a gift of yourself to the Lord and to our parish family. We will miss you dearly, and we pray that God blesses you and all those you will serve!

Please join us in thanking Michelle and keeping her in your prayers. 🙏

You don't have to do everything, but everyone can do something.

As we prepare for Thanksgiving and Advent, let's be a parish that brings Christ's love beyond the walls of our church and into the lives of those who need it most.

Whether it's donating a coat, preparing a meal, making sandwiches, or helping a family in need, small acts of love can make a BIG difference! ❤️
