Come join us next Sunday, 10/26 at 3 pm for a fun, old-fashioned hymn sing to benefit the Fairfield Cemetery. This is a great opportunity to honor the memories of your loved ones and to celebrate our community history by supporting the ongoing maintenance of the cemetery. 🎵💛

The Fairfield Cemetery is located between the Fairfield Elementary School and the Fairfield Presbyterian Church on Route 11 in Fairfield, Virginia. Even though it is in close proximity of Fairfield Presbyterian Church, it is not maintained by, nor does it belong to Fairfield Presbyterian Church. The Fairfield Cemetery was established in 1851. The maintenance of the Fairfield Cemetery primarily consists of mowing and tree trimming. The Fairfield Cemetery Maintenance Fund does not reflect a constant growth as it is maintained by the sale of burial plots. Fairfield Presbyterian Church began hosting a Benefit Hymn Sing for the Fairfield Cemetery in October 2013. Our hope is to continue this annual tradition to contribute to the Maintenance Fund.
