Greater Wabash Baptist Association

Greater Wabash Baptist Association We are an association of 22 Baptist Churches in Wayne, Wabash, Edwards. White and Hamilton County Illinois. Brent became our Director of Missions Dec. 1, 2015.

The Greater Wabash Baptist Association consists of 25 Southern Baptist churches and one mission in the Illinois counties of Wayne, Wabash, Edwards, White, and Hamilton. We exist for the purpose of encouraging and assisting our member churches in the ministries God has given them. We strive to help our churches be on mission according to the Acts 1:8 model of being Christ’s “witnesses in Jerusalem,

in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Our association is led by Dr. Brent Cloyd. He comes to us after having spent 34 years as a pastor.

Northside Missionary Baptist Church of Grayville held their community dinner last night; at the square on main street.

There were many adults, and children ready to serve from the church. Along with Jay and Joann Loucks. The tacos were a hit and not much was left over.

Thanking the Lord for the opportunity we had to talk to the community about the church, youth camp, and the important's of having a relationship with the Lord.
