The main meeting room in the Tabernacle can accommodate up to 200 people for meetings and meals. It includes a 5' Yamaha grand piano, a three-manual Allen organ (available by special arrangement), and a small sound system which can be expanded if a group wishes to augment the equipment provided by the conference center.

The Upper Room is an upstairs meeting room which can accommodate up to 40 people for smaller conferences.

Both rooms are large, open space with moveable chairs. Each group is welcome to arrange the meeting space in whatever configuration best serves the needs of the organization.

Middle Creek Manor is a Civil-War-era home which has been renovated to accommodate 30 guests in 12 bedrooms in a bed-and-breakfast style atmosphere. Meals are served in the country kitchen. Fireplaces, a 27' x 27' meeting room and a large recreation room provide ample facilities for seminars, retreats and fellowship.

The Manor features 12 beautifully furnished bedrooms with private bath.

Most rooms include two twin beds which can be made up as one king-size bed with prior arrangements. Six of the rooms can accommodate a third person.

The Game Room features a huge sectional sofa which is perfect for drawing your group together. This room also includes a wood-burning fireplace and a piano.
The country kitchen seats 30 for meals and/or small meetings. Meals are served buffet style.

The Morton building has ping pong table and a large conference table and chairs. This room can be used as an additional meeting place or for socializing. Outside are a basketball/volleyball court, ball field, hiking trail and a gazebo gathering place.

Laney Lodge can accommodate over 50 overnight guests. In addition to the 17 lovely bedrooms, each with a private bath, this lodge offers a two-story lounge area with a floor-to-ceiling stone gas log fireplace and a cozy kitchenette which includes a refrigerator, toaster oven, and microwave along with three small circular tables for snacks and fellowship. Prices include use of all rooms in the lodge plus use of the meeting room in the Tabernacle.

All rooms have two twin beds and private baths. Twin beds can be made up as one kind-size bed for marriage and family retreats. Room 1, 6, 9, and 15 each have two twin-size sofa beds in addition to the twin beds. AeroBeds are available for use in all rooms for extra guests.

Laney Lodge features a grand two-story lounge area with a stone fireplace. A continental breakfast is served in the breakfast room.
