Urban Hope Community Church was honored to host the TigerFootball #35064 team for an evening filled with fellowship.

Pastor Alton and Tristen Bryant, Director of the Urban Hope Leadership Initiative + Fairfield football coach, desire to invest in these young men far beyond the football field. Our church’s desire is to walk alongside them, encouraging them to become not only better athletes but men of character, conviction, faith, and leaders who understand what it means to live for Christ.

Discipling men to be godly husbands and leaders are a couple core principles preached & taught regularly at Urban Hope. We are so proud of the young men that have graduated from Urban Hope Leadership Initiative and chosen the next step in marriage and building a family. This year alone, Urban Hope has had the privilege to witness 7 weddings with one more happening in the fall. 4 out of the 8 men are graduates of the UHLI program. We cannot be more proud of their leadership and desire to do life God’s way!

We don’t just want to celebrate these couples on their wedding days, we want to walk alongside them for the years to come. Marriage matters to God, and healthy marriages matter for strong families, thriving churches, and building communities.

We are so excited to come alongside these couples through prayer, discipleship, encouragement, and care as they seek to build marriages that are godly, healthy, and lasting.

Please join us in prayer over these marriages as our church continues to grow ❤️

We are so grateful for PA’s faithful leadership, his love for God’s people, and the countless ways he serves our church and community. He is loved and appreciated by many!

UHCC Serve Day 2026 🤍

Our Deacons organized an incredible opportunity to serve the city of Fairfield today. Together, we were able to serve Foundations Learning Center, Alabama Wholesale Furniture , Gary Avenue Market, and several homes throughout the city.

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered and served. We truly could not have done it without you!

What a beautiful Lord’s Day at Urban Hope Community Church as we celebrated the baptism of three covenant children.

Every baptism is a testimony that God is faithfully keeping His covenant promises and advancing His Kingdom through the local church.

May these children grow to know and love Christ, and may the Church faithfully proclaim the gospel to the next generation.

Praise God for these precious babies.

Several weeks ago, the men of Urban Hope Community Church gathered for a retreat centered on a specific and intentional theme: Fighting for Undistracted Time in a Digital Age.

Each man set his phone aside for the sake of communing with God and connecting with brothers in Christ. It was a rich time of fellowship, good food, meaningful conversation, and spiritual encouragement.

We believe that if men are to be godly leaders who love Christ, their families, and the church well, they must be sober-minded and attentive to what matters most. In a world filled with constant noise and distraction, we are seeking to confront what we believe is one of the enemy’s primary tools for keeping people spiritually disengaged.

Our prayer is that the men of our church would be marked by focus and a deep love for God and His people.
