Heartland Presbytery and First Presbyterian Church of Fairfax celebrated the commissioning of Marc Long as pastor on July 26. Pictured is the administrative commission for the day’s festivities, including Ann Ditty, center, moderator of Heartland Presbytery and Rev. Dale Jackson, far right, presbyter for vision and leadership for the presbytery. The sermon was delivered by Rev. Krista Kiger, pastor of Parkville Presbyterian Church.
