Because of your generosity, we prepared 24 backpacks for elementary, middle, and high school students in need. 🎒📚

🙏 Join us for worship tomorrow at Highview Christian Fellowship – Fairfax at 10 AM.

If you or someone you know needs a backpack, we’ll be in the vestibule right after service to bless you with one. ❤️

🎒 Back-to-School Blessings!
We’re packing backpacks with school supplies to support students in need—and you can help make a difference!

Donations will be accepted until Wednesday, August 6th, so don’t miss your chance to give back! (And come to Bible study 😉)

This is also a great community service opportunity for middle and high school students looking to serve and earn volunteer hours.

C4G had a time yesterday. Our young adult service was 🔥. Then we enjoyed some good food and fellowship at our Summer Social cookout out. Then a few of us caught a movie.

✊🏾❤️💛💚 Happy Juneteenth!
Today we celebrate freedom, faith, and the enduring strength of our people.

On June 19, 1865, the last enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas were told they were free — over two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
Juneteenth reminds us not only of the delay in justice, but of the power of hope, the importance of truth, and the faith that carried our ancestors through.

🙌🏾 “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” – John 8:36

As a church, we honor this day by committing to truth, equity, and unity in Christ. Let’s continue to walk in purpose, uplift our community, and celebrate our heritage.
