Today was Youth Sunday, and our Junior Soldiers and Children’s Group took part throughout the service.

Our Junior Soldiers led us in praise and worship, the Junior Band shared a special musical selection, and the Children’s Group beautifully danced to “You Are My All in All.” We also had the privilege of recognizing our Honor Junior Soldiers during the service and celebrating their commitment, growth, and dedication.

During our fellowship time, we celebrated five graduates. We took time to pray for them, bless them, and hear what they are most looking forward to as they begin the next chapter of their lives.

We were truly blessed by every part of today’s program. It was a joy to see our young people using their gifts to worship and serve the Lord. We pray that all we offered today was pleasing in His sight and brought glory to His name.

“Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.” — 1 Timothy 4:12

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported our Youth Sunday service! ❤️🙏🏻

All the families of our Landmark Corps sincerely congratulate Ava Kwon on her graduation. Every Sunday, she faithfully played the violin for the prayer song, taught the beginner band, and performed during the Christmas Red Kettle season each year, member of Capital Area Band. Above all, Ava has always shown a deep love for the Corps and served with a joyful heart.

As you begin your college journey, we pray that you will dream even bigger dreams, grow with a wider vision, and love God even more. May God guide your steps and bless your future abundantly.

Congratulations, Ava! We are so proud of you!!!

Last Friday, with a small recital, we concluded the 2025–2026 Friday Music School year. It was a joy and a blessing to see how much our students have grown through their dedication and hard work throughout the year.

We pray that many talented musicians will continue to emerge through this community music program, which provides children with opportunities to develop their musical gifts and pursue their dreams. These two drummers are among the promising young musicians who have come through our music school, and we are excited to see what the future holds for them. We look forward to watching them continue to grow and use their talents to make a positive impact through music. 🥁🎶✨

Our Home League will take a short break after this fellowship outing and will begin again in September. Over the past year, we shared so many meaningful programs together, met many wonderful people, and created precious memories through Fellowship , Worship, Service and Education.

This outing was a joyful and refreshing time for all of our leaders who faithfully served and worked hard throughout the year. We enjoyed delicious food, warm conversations, fun activities, and precious moments of encouragement together. It was especially meaningful to look back on everything we accomplished as a group and to celebrate God’s goodness and faithfulness in our ministry.

Everyone laughed, shared stories, took pictures, and simply enjoyed being together outside of our regular meetings. The atmosphere was full of gratitude, joy, and friendship. We are truly thankful for each leader’s dedication, love, and servant heart that made this past year so special and successful.

As we take this summer break, we look forward with excitement and anticipation to gathering again in September for another wonderful season of Home League!

At last, the 2025–2026 Korean School year came to a beautiful close with our small Field Day, while leaving us excited and hopeful for the next school year ahead.

On the final day, the church young adults joined us and brought so much joy and energy as they played games and spent time with the children. Because of them, the kids were able to laugh, run, and make precious memories together. Seeing my son smile and enjoy himself more than ever made my heart especially grateful.

I would also like to sincerely thank all of the teachers who lovingly and faithfully cared for and taught our children throughout the year, as well as all the parents who quietly sacrificed their time and energy driving their children back and forth each week.

Because of your dedication, love, and support, our children were able to learn not only the Korean language, but also the beauty of community, kindness, and serving one another.

This school year was able to end so meaningfully because of every one of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💛
