Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Their sacrifice reminds us of the cost of freedom and the courage of those who chose to serve others above themselves. As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we also pause in gratitude and prayer for the heroes who never made it home.

What a BIG Sunday at Christ Church! 🙌

Today we celebrated Confirmation Sunday and witnessed students boldly taking the next step in their faith through confirmation and baptism. There is nothing more powerful than seeing lives publicly declare their love for Jesus surrounded by the encouragement of their church family.

It was a morning filled with joy, worship, celebration, happy tears, and unforgettable moments as we celebrated what God is doing in the lives of our students and families. ❤️

Tomorrow is a BIG Sunday, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!

The Confirmation class will be present all morning, and at 11 AM, the 22 students will publicly say “yes” to Jesus and take the next step in their faith journey with blessings and baptism.

Over the last three months, the students have been firming up the faith that came before — learning, growing, asking questions, and beginning to take ownership of their relationship with Jesus for themselves. It has been such a beautiful thing to witness.

Join us as we celebrate all that God is doing in their lives. It’s going to be a powerful and joy-filled morning!

But by His Spirit.
When we let His Spirit dwell in us, He is faithful to grow the fruit in us. 🌿

Today, we celebrate and honor all mothers and mother figures—the women who love deeply, give selflessly, pray faithfully, and shape lives every single day. 💐

But we also recognize that Mother’s Day can hold many emotions.

To the women longing to become mothers…
To the moms carrying the pain of losing a child…
To those missing their own mother today…
To the spiritual mothers, adoptive mothers, grandmothers, mentors, caregivers, and women who nurture and love others so well…
We see you. We love you. And we are praying for you today.

No matter what this day feels like for you, we pray you experience the comfort, peace, and nearness of God.
