“May this water remind us that what one person cannot carry alone, a community sometimes can.
May it remind us that we can belong deeply to one another without becoming the same.
May we be willing both to shape this community and to allow this community to shape us.
May we know when to rush forward,
when to change course,
when to become still,
and when to make room for a new stream.
May we have the persistence of water
which can reshape stone not because it is always powerful,
but because it keeps showing up.
Again. And again. And again.” - UUFF Water Communion

We move through life in many postures - fear, anxiety, avoidance, compliance, and control. This presentation explores the "jump" or willingness posture: choosing to move toward what matters, even when discomfort or uncertainty is present. We may not be able to eliminate pain, but we can change our relationship with it.
