Today we have the opportunity to do many things. What will they be? There will be times to love and times to hate, which will you choose? Time for forgiveness or time to hold on to anger, which will you choose? There will be time to serve others or ourselves,time to merciful or merciless,time to...... Today is full of time and whatever you do with that time is your choice! Choose wisely my friends I hope I do. Loving God thank you for the gift of time and the opportunity to use it wisely. Help us to choose the way of Jesus Christ and to show and be people of love hope and peace. People of compassion and forgiveness and mercy. Guide us to use the time and opportunities you give us for your glory and to grow the kingdom of God for all the world to see. Amen.

Good morning God. Thank you for the opportunity to be in service to you today and in service to our brothers and sisters you place before us. May we go out today seeking your kingdom first and everything else second. Guide our steps so they lead others to you instead of away from you. Use our mouths as instruments for your words and the good news of Jesus Christ your son. Grab our hearts God and set them on fire for your great love so that we burn with compassion and love and justice for all your children God. Use us as change agents in this world for your glory and not ours O God. Embolden us God to be strong and courageous in our times of weakness so others may see our faith that carries us through and gain strength through us and you. Amen.

As we go through life working at supporting our families, ourselves and working to accomplish a task or duty I hope that we remember that our abilities, skills and strengths are wonderful gifts from God. Yes we can grow in our abilities and hone our skills in our lives but the foundation comes from God. Jesus is the messiah, the King of kings, but he also was a carpenter. Moses a Shepard before he became the servant of God. The disciples were fisherman. I believe that whatever we do and that whoever we are If we are willing to let God work through us then who knows what we can labor toward and what God has planned for us. The joy is not only the fruits of our labor but that we get to work with one another and with God no matter what the task. I pray that we all see God in all that we do. Lord humble us to recognize that all task and all labor have purpose and value. The job of the servant is just as important as the job of the doctor. The boss's job is equal to the employees job for they must work together. Guide us in all that we labor in to seek you and work towards your glory and for your kingdom this day and the days to come. Amen. Col 3:23 "whatever you do work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord, not for man. Enjoy this Labor Day weekend my friends.

God has chosen us all to Shepard, love and care for each other, May all Gods glory shine and passion be placed in the hearts of us all. Brothers and sisters go and be bold disciples in the name of Jesus today and all the days to come. Amen!

Our lives are filled with highs and lows! There can be physical pain and emotional pain on all levels of family life and living in community with others. The one constant that stays the same has been the feeling of comfort for me and my family that No matter what, we know, we recognize and we feel Gods love around us, in us, and through us. Friends life is good no matter what the world may throw at us or you, it is so much easier to know that the prince of peace, lover of all life,giver of infinite grace and savior of souls is by your side. Be strong, be brave, be confident in your identity as a child of God. Almighty God you know our hearts, you know our fears, you know our needs and minds. Guide us and use us for your glory and your kingdom, use me today, use us all today to make your world a better place for everyone. Today God move us closer to who you want us to be. Amen.

Lord Jesus today is another glorious day whether another hurricane is forming in the gulf or whether there is no gas left to fill up our cars it doesn't really matter. What matters is how we live and handle today. Not yesterday or tomorrow but today. This day this moment right now is all we really have. So how are you going to spend today? Will it be with hate, fear,anger,worry,jealousy? Or will it be with love,joy, peace and gratitude? The choice is yours. No matter what life throws at you, you still have a choice. I pray we all choose the latter. Loving God you are a God of hope, love, peace, joy, forgiveness, grace and mercy. Help us today Lord not to fall prey to our fears and our worries but to stand strong in our faith and the world see that we are fueled by love through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit and our strength comes from knowing that no matter what we are all Gods Beautiful, wonderful children and we can find rest in his loving arms. Hold us this day O God that we seek you in all we do and are. Amen.

I am thinking a lot about who we are as people. The term mankind is often used to describe the human race. Human beings is another term to describe us. I wonder what the world would look like if we as a society stopped looking at ourselves as a race and more of a family and we started being kind to one another at all times. I believe Gods design for us was not to be a race but be a loving,caring,relational group of people resembling And modeling their creator. Loving God form us into your image and guide us in all ways to be like you. Help us follow in the footsteps of your Son Jesus Christ. Amen

When our bodies are hurt we go to our doctors. When our vision is blurry we go see our eye doctor. Ears hurt then ear doctor, foot hurts then foot doctor. Or we might go to a general doctor and they might help us or send us to a specialist. What about our souls? Do we go to the great healer and physician of life? I really dislike going to the doctors or the hospital. I would rather gut out the pain or illness till my body heals itself. That is not always the case no matter how hard we try not to get sick or hurt or how hard we try to self medicate ourselves the time comes for a doctor or specialist to help us. The same goes for our soul I believe. I tried many years to self medicate and gut out the the hurt and pain and sin in me. But eventually I came to the doctor of salvation , met with a specialist on redemption and now my soul is in the healing process with continual doses of spirit filled medicine. May we all seek the physician of life and become healthy in our own lives so we can help others. God of salvation, God of life, God of healing we ask for healing on us to be redemptive and soul filling, strengthening us to be healed to your will for our lives and your design for us. Redeem us, and fill us so that we would help rescue and assist in your healing plans for all the world. Now and forever in the name of your Son Jesus Christ. Amen
