When people look at us they should see whose we are more than who we are! If we can try and live our lives more and more like Christ and in the image of our creator than whose we are becomes who we are. We just have to step behind, trust and follow Christ first. Discipleship appears and we are united with Christ as one mind and one spirit. Holy Spirit guide us to be more Christlike as we learn to love and serve others the gospel way. Amen.

Whatever choices we make today they have the power to be kingdom choices!!! The choice to love the stranger or not? Listening to someone tell their problems and being present in the conversation!Lending a hand to someone in need! Holding the door open for someone. Waving to the person your passing by on the street. Everything we do large or small can be a reflection of the kingdom of God if we choose to be the children of God that we were created to be. Lord guide us today to be the hands and feet of Christ to each other in this world and may your kingdom come and your glory be magnified today. Amen.

Probably one of the hardest things for me to do is to follow this, “Be still and know that I am God.” Even though I know it to be true, I often want results now for things going on in life. As we go through life may we be intentional on just slowing down and enjoying the many blessings in our lives brought to us by God. As we then reflect on our blessings may we go into the world to be a blessing for others. The light of Christ illuminates our paths, and may the Holy Spirit guide our steps and our words. Amen.

The gospel is not about being or becoming perfect it is about being present to the power of the Holy Spirit,God and Jesus Christ in our lives. The gospel calls us to live a life of love and grace so others might come to know God. The idea is to reach towards perfecting our lives to imitate Christ, being bearers of compassion and mercy, forgiveness and peace,Lord empower us today to be disciples of Christ and may Christ shine through us and into the lives of those around us. Amen.

You,me everybody are wonderful beautiful children of God. Regardless of what life is like right now good or bad it is temporary but belonging to God and being a disciple is forever. Gods unending and unconditional love for us encompasses everything we do good and bad. There is always more grace in God than sin in us. May our discipleship shine the love of God into the hearts of those before us and may Jesus Christ be revealed through our actions. Amen.

Today there are going to be many opportunities or obstacles placed before us. The difference is in how we approach them and respond to them. If we see everything as opportunities to experience the full power, love and grace that is God instead of what others might see as obstacles, they become opportunities for others to see Christ. Lord mold our hearts and minds so that we seek your strength and courage to boldly face life with an attitude of gratitude and hearts of compassion and mercy. Amen.
