Temple Beth Sholom is an inclusive, welcoming and traditional conservative non-egalitarian Jewish congregation located in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. TBS is a thriving center for engaged Jewish living, serving the religious, educational, cultural and social needs of over 150 households throughout the Fair Lawn, Glen Rock, Ridgewood, Paramus, and surrounding areas.TBS is affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism.
TBS is committed to serving its membership at all stages of life, from preschoolers in our nursery program all the way to empty nesters and seniors returning to “the classroom” for our Adult Education programming.
As an ideal event venue, Temple Beth Sholom offers regular programming for entertainment and social programming as well. Film screenigs, musical performances, comedy shows, theatrical performances, “Casino” nights, cabarets, and academic presentations, are just a sampling of what TBS offers to the community regularly.
Our synagogue provides a variety of activities, programs, and ways to get involved for people of all ages and interests.
