August is Overdose Awareness Month leading us into September for Recovery Month. Come hear a God filled life change story from our Opioid Advocate Tonia Warner. You have 2 opportunities one in Northern Vermont at Daybreak on August 24 and one in Central Vermont at Mission City Church on Aug 31.

Thank you to all who have already supported and encouraged me in this ministry of Celebrate Recovery as a Ministry leader at Revive Church, but also as a State Rep and Opioid Advocate.

The Celebrate Recovery Summit is less than 30 days away. I begin the drive to Tennessee on July 9. If you don't know, the Summit is a time of training, encouragement, worship, and connection with leaders and servants from across the country who are passionate about helping people find healing and freedom through Jesus Christ. It is also known as the biggest Recovery Party in the world.

With the generous support I have already received, my lodging costs are fully covered, along with some other travel expenses. I am currently seeking to raise the remaining balance needed of $500.00. These remaining funds will help cover gas and meals.

Attending this Summit is more than just a conference for me. It is an investment in the ministry, leadership, and people God has called me to serve. Every lesson learned, connection made, and encouragement received will pour back into the lives of those walking through recovery, hurt, habits, and hang-ups in our community.

I would deeply appreciate your prayers for safe travel, wisdom, renewed strength, and that God would use this experience to continue growing and equipping me for His purpose.

Learning to recognize the cycle of pain:

Hurts – painful life experiences (loss, abuse, rejection, trauma) that leave deep emotional wounds.

Hang-ups – thoughts and attitudes formed to cope with that pain (fear, anger, shame, resentment, control).

Habits – unhealthy behaviors used for relief that can eventually take over (addictions, compulsions, destructive patterns).

What starts as pain can become patterns—but healing begins with honesty about all three.

Monday nights start at 7:30 with a 20 min testimony or teaching and open share to follow from 8-9.

Friday morning starts at 8 with a devotional followed by open share only time, ending at 9.

I would personally like to invite you to Revive Church Celebrate Recovery who has been offering 2 Zoom open share only groups for Women. BUT starting this week WE will begin two new groups. Griefs Healing Choices which was created by Pastor John Bakers wife Cheryl, to help those walking through grief. Also Hosanna Wongs " You are more than you've been told book study! It is never to late to join a open share group, and I am still taking sign ups for Grief and Hosanna groups. But there are materials to required you need to purchase.
