Support one of our community partners - they are collecting food TODAY!

Today is our Hunger Action Month Food Drive!

🕑 When? Today, Monday, September 14th from 9:00am-6:00pm
📍 Where? Chester County Food Bank, 650 Pennsylvania Drive, Exton, PA 19341

In honor of our 17th anniversary, we have set a goal of collecting 17,000 pounds of food this Hunger Action Month for Chester County residents struggling with food insecurity, and with your help, we believe this goal is achievable!

All donations are greatly appreciated, but if you are able, our most needed items are:

🫘 Canned Beans
🍗 Canned Chicken
🍍 Canned Fruit
🐟 Canned Tuna
🥕 Canned Vegetables

Please join us in our fight against food insecurity this Hunger Action Month! We hope to see you there! 🧡

A Pastoral message:
As a native New Yorker and a child of the 9/11-era, the 25th anniversary of the attacks on 9/11 is a surreal moment to mark. It feels like ages ago and also only yesterday; how can that be? The devastation of that day has for me transformed into a recommitment to peace: peace among neighbors, peace with those who are different than us, peace among the faith traditions and cultures, and yes peace among enemies so that one day we no longer have enemies. It is not a dream but rather, a hope. A hope grounded in trust in our Lord.
