Many of us remember 9/11/2001, and many of us remember our broken hearts as we watched the events unfold. Some of us found shelter and comfort with our Christian brothers and sisters in our local churches when we didn't know where else to turn to.

This Friday, as we mark the 25th anniversary of 9/11, Evergreen First UMC's sanctuary and prayer room will be open from 10am - 1pm.

Come when you are able for silent and corporate prayer and the reading of God's Word as we pay tribute and remember the events of 9/11/2001, and as we seek God's will for peace and unity within our families, churches, community, country and the world.

Good afternoon Evergreen First Methodist family and friends! Tomorrow is a special day in the life of the church as we rededicate our 126 year old sanctuary after 12 weeks of renovation work. Our worship time begins at 11 am, but join us for coffee hour and a light breakfast beginning at 10 am. All morning activities will be in the sanctuary and adjacent kitchen and meeting rooms.
