Pastor Appreciation Month

October is a beautiful time to pause, reflect, and give thanks for the gift of a faithful shepherd.

The Pleasant Grove AME Zion Church Family joyfully celebrates and honors our beloved pastor, Dr. Dorothy D. Davis.

Pastor, your ministry reaches far beyond the pulpit. Through your prayers, your wisdom, your compassion, and your willingness to serve, you have been a source of strength and encouragement to so many. You have walked with us through seasons of celebration and seasons of uncertainty, always reminding us to keep our hearts anchored in God.

We are grateful for the countless prayers whispered when no one was watching, the words spoken when someone needed hope, the guidance offered when the path was unclear, and the love shown through acts of service and sacrifice.

Pastor Davis, we thank God for the woman of God you are and for the blessing your leadership continues to be to our church family. Your dedication, faithfulness, and love for God’s people does not go unnoticed.

As you continue to pour into others, may the Lord refresh your spirit, renew your strength, enlarge your vision, and surround you with His peace. May our Almighty God bless you beyond measure for every seed you have planted, every life you have touched, and every sacrifice you have made in His name.
