The foundation of the organization is based on Christian principles of community, fellowship and cooperation, that foster spiritual, economic,evangelistic and educational growth among member churches. The

goal of the Alliance is to empower churches to "Go ye therefore, into the world, preaching, teaching and making disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Holy Spirit: teaching them to obey all things I have commanded you." Matthew 28:19-20
