At our Synagogue people from all different backgrounds, ages, and stages have found a loving family, spiritual meaning, and a sense of belonging in our warm and welcoming community.

ONE person. ONE moment. ONE Mitzvah.

We humbly ask you to dig deep and give generously to help us reach higher and further in our quest to bring the warmth and joy of Judaism to the communities north of Boston.

A group of awesome people just like you are matching every donation until we reach our goal. That means that your donation, and positive impact is effectively doubled during this campaign!

We are deeply grateful for your friendship and support.

Much love,

Rabbi Sruli and Chaya Baron

With the High Holidays quickly approaching many are thinking of their loved ones who have passed on.

A few people have reached out and asked us to visit family plots at the Everett Jewish Cemetery in their stead this year.

We would be happy to extend this as an offer to anyone who would like us to pray at their loved ones graveside.

In addition, if you cannot be in Synagogue this year for Yizkor, we can read the names of those you wish to memorialize in Shul at Congregation Tifereth Israel.

Send us a message to submit your request: [email protected]

Shalom, We hope that you had a wonderful week! In this week's Torah portion we read about Jacob's dream. In the dream, he sees a ladder and on the ladder, there are angels ascending to heaven. It is a highly visual spiritual episode, obviously laden with deeper meaning and significance, but there is...

Why was the Torah given in the desert?

To remind us that just as the desert is “no man’s land”, so too the Torah belongs not to a scholarly elite, but to each and every one of us equally.

And to remind us, that by connecting to the Torah, we have the power to fearlessly approach a spiritual desert of negativity and adversity and make it bloom with flowers of light and goodness.

Stacy and I were pleased to once again visit with Rabbi Lipsker and to meet Rabbi Baron and his wife, Chaya and their beautiful child, Mendy! It was a pleasure to welcome the Rabbi and his family to our community and to discuss the Chanukah Candle Lighting that will take place at Wehner Park on Monday, December 18th at 6PM. Chanukah is the Jewish eight-day, wintertime “festival of lights,” celebrated with a nightly menorah lighting and special prayers.
