SAVE THE DATES!

Join the DIOCESAN CHOIR for the Permanent Diaconate Ordination on Saturday, August 8 (10am CST) at Saint Benedict Cathedral.

Open to singers in 8th grade and older, the DIOCESAN CHOIR is a great opportunity for parish singers to come together and provide music for this special event.

PRACTICES:
Sunday, July 26: 2 to 4 p.m.
THURSDAY, July 30: 6 to 730 p.m.
Sunday, August 2: 2 to 4 p.m.
THURSDAY, August 6: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Practices are held in the Cathedral Church – enter on the east side of the church (handicap ramp side).

JOIN THE DIOCESAN CHOIR FOR THE 2026 CHRISM MASS

Please join the Diocesan Choir for the Chrism Mass on Tuesday, March 31 at 5:30 pm (Evansville Time) at St. Benedict Cathedral. The Choir is open to singers from all the parishes of Diocese of Evansville. This is a great opportunity to come together and share in musical prayer. Members are typically in 8th grade and older. While reading music and attending all the practices are recommended, it isn't a requirement!

Practices are held in the Cathedral Church (please enter on the East side of the Cathedral (Parish Center / Handicap-Ramp Side).
Sunday, March 22 2pm to 4pm (CST)
Tuesday, March 24 6 pm -7:30 pm (CST)
Sunday, March 29 2pm - 4pm (CST)
