Three cheers for the Sheil Associates who traveled to Mississippi last week, as they have for more than two decades to build homes and relationships. Here is what they wrote at the end of this year's trip:

"Over the years, we have become accustomed to the rhythms of this place, of the ups and downs, the wins and losses, and the progress that comes intermittently, but is progress nonetheless. The people of Tutwiler are our friends and a part of our community. We share with them those gains and disappointments. If you would like a share as well, we have room on the team next year."
