We’ll answer questions like: “Why is baptism significant? How should I prepare? What are the next steps for me after I’m baptized?”

See you there!

One of our congregational values is “Becoming like Jesus.” How does that happen? How do we become like Jesus, as we have been invited and commanded to do in the Bible? We believe that the answer to these questions is membership.

Also, if you’ve been wondering what belonging looks like at the Evanston Vineyard, this is the answer. Our next membership class is August 30th at 1PM. Reserve your spot online by registering for this event!

Sharing our faith is important, but it can feel like a daunting task and sometimes we need a little guidance to get started. Vineyard USA has created a resource page with helpful videos, small group guides, and more to help equip us to share our faith with the world around us.

Here is a helpful video on sharing the gospel!

Everyone gets to play" is a common motto at the Vineyard. We believe all are invited into the mission of "Joining Jesus in the restoration of all things". One way we can partner in restoration is through learning how to pray for others.

We are offering our Equipped: Praying like Jesus class on Sept 3 and 10 from 7-9pm that will cover how to pray for others in a way that Jesus modeled, our beliefs at the Vineyard, as well as how to serve on the prayer team. The second part of the class will also have a space for real-time practice to pray for folks asking for physical healing.

We have a beautiful legacy of praying for healing at our church and this is one way we are dutifully upholding that legacy. Whether you are a small group leader, faithful volunteer or new to faith and prayer we invite you all to be equipped to pray for the sick through this class.
