We are incredibly thankful for the powerful move of God happening in our community this season. As we witness His work in our gatherings, we recognize that many moments are best experienced in person rather than online.

Until we can accurately and authentically share what God is doing, we’re stepping back from social media. Many testimonies shared in our gatherings require sensitivity, and our priority is to honor what God is doing in the room.

We invite you to join us in person as we continue to seek Him together.

***Big Announcement This Sunday at 10 am***

If you have been around Eleven Sixteen for the last year, you will have noticed that we have highlighted three target goals for discipleship in our community: be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what Jesus did. We want to invite our entire community to participate in realizing these goals on a broader scale.

Instead of our regular discipleship groups at 10:00 am this Sunday, January 26th, there will be a brief corporate presentation in our auditorium. There will be time for questions on the next phase of discipleship within our community. We are excited about the potential for transformation as we practice the way of Jesus together.

The first Sunday of the year was special! What a beautiful morning of prayer, singing, communion, baptism, and the Word.

(Pic 1) Meet George. George recently began his journey of following Jesus, was filled with the Holy Spirit, and today was water baptized by Minister Andre.

(Pic 2) Meet Ari. Ari has been loving and following Jesus for a couple of years. After today’s gathering, she felt led to be water baptized, and her husband, Brett, had the privilege of baptizing her.

On Sunday, our elder team updated our community about the promptings (several dreams and visions leaders were having) and corporate fast. Our desire was for clarity in what the Lord might be saying to us? We believe that, in His kindness, God is inviting us into a season of healing the soil of our hearts to become more like Jesus. Pastor Patrick shared four scriptures and prayers to guide us on this journey.

1. Return to the Lord, cf. 2 Chronicles 7:14; Joel 2:12-14
2. Open Our Eyes, cf. Revelation 3:14-22
3. Build Our House on the Rock, cf. Matthew 7:24-27
4. Get the Oil of Intimacy, cf. Matthew 25:1-13

Stay connected for more details in the coming weeks.

Our Story

Eleven Sixteen Church in Evans, GA is a re-plant church from the remaining 8 members of Bible Cathedral Church. Our vision has been to be see lives changed through God's Word, and we continue to see God do amazing things in our church and city. Each week we celebrate the gospel of Jesus through prayer, giving, serving, singing, and expository Bible preaching. We also believe in community outside of services, so we meet in small groups throughout the week that connect families, singles, and students.
