If you would like some mission related projects for children to do while at home this summer, here a a few ideas...

1. Fill a blessing box! With summer vacation upon us and children at home, our blessing box has seen an awful lot of activity. There are several blessing boxes located in different areas of the community that you can place items in. While ours could use some help, there may be one close to you that you could also fill. Keep in mind the warm weather and only leave items that don't need to be kept cold!!

2. Birthday Cake Kits! We have given out so many of these through the years to families and it's a huge blessing when times are hard. A box of cake mix, icing, maybe a few candles or decorations (for boys AND girls) and you have created an inexpensive way to bless the socks of someone. Our children's ministry has put some together in the past and it's another great way to get kids thinking about others.

3. Put together hygiene kits - inexpensive soaps, shampoos, other toiletry items . It doesn't have to be anything elaborate. Items that fit in a sandwich baggie are very often huge helps to people.

4. Pray for us! Not just the Grace Place, but all the various ministries in the area seeking to be the hands and feet of Jesus to people.

The Grace Place will NOT be open today- Saturday 5/30/26- in order to clean and restock.

We WILL be open on Tuesday of next week as usual.
