Wear your gold this Wednesday in memory of Alex.

Every child deserves the chance to grow, learn and dream. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, a time to shine a light on the children and families facing childhood cancer. We are dedicating this month to the memory of Tavares High School student Alexander "Alex" Jace Croson, remembering his courage and strength and the impact he made on those who knew him. On Wednesday, September 16, students and staff across Lake County Schools will wear gold in Alex's honor and in support of children everywhere who are fighting cancer. Get ready to Go Gold next week.
